Hmong International Filmmaker Organization(HIFO) is a Non profit organization 501 C conducting business in the continental United States. The organization is formed by principal individuals who are putting up the initial funding and they are the co-founder of the organization. They include:
Boua Long Vue (Apple Video Production), Pao Hue Vang (Modern Jungle Art Studio), Thai Her and TongThao (Wiseguy Pictures), Kao Chang and Chapoleon Vang (New Age Home Entertainment), Kao Moua (Ja Iab Production), Va Her (Moonlight Production), Lee Xiong (Twinstars Production), Kou Xiong (Xavier Enterprise), Chai Chia Yang (Dream Vision) and Ger Vue (Asian Video).
Our mission is to serve the Hmong filmmakers to become the premier provider of better quality film productions by providing the resources, trainings, and network so producers and directors can present and share ideas and with one another. To provide a system of pricing standard for wholesale and retail that benefits both producers and distributors. To provide a platform of sale and marketing strategies that will help producers successfully distribute their video products locally, nationally, and internationally. Acting as the back-bone in taking legal action against copyrighted violation affecting its members. To inspire and motivate Hmong filmmakers, actors, actresses, and artists by recognition for their work of excellence.

Our vision is to become the resources center for Hmong Entertainment Industry. To create annual international film festival, concert, and award-winning events to promote and recognize excellent talents. To establish a scholarship program for Hmong film making students. To become the bridge for mainstream and international interest in Hmong Entertainment Industry.
