Fresno, CA -- December 11, 2009 -- Hmong International Filmmakers Organization and its members Movie Productions, actors, actress and famous Hmong Singers worldwide renown will join hand in Fresno, California to kick off the 2010 New Year Celebration with excitement shows and entertainment at the Hmong International New Year Festival.

Hmong International Filmmaker Organization(HIFO) is a Non profit organization 501 C conducting business in the continental United States. The organization is formed by principal individuals who are putting up the initial funding and they are the co-founder of the organization.
